EMERGENCY CARE

If there is an Emergency and you are presently a patient of record, please call the office and we will accommodate you or tell our answering service to contact Dr. Galkin immediately.

CANCELLATIONS

Your appointment time is reserves especially for you, we pride ourselves in being on time. If you cannot keep your appointment please give us 24 hours notice.

PATIENT EDUCATION

We feel patient education is very important and our goal is that you are completely informed about your condition and the procedures to correct your condition. We encourage you to ask questions.

FINANCIAL POLICIES

  • We accept cash, check, Visa, MC, American Express and Discover.
  • Because your health & smile is important to us, we offer CareCredit which is a healthcare credit card specifically designed to pay for treatments and procedures not covered by insurance. CareCredit offers financing that has 0% interest for 6, 9 or 12 months
  • All deductibles for insurances are expected the day of service.

POST TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS

After treatment home care and medication instructions will be thoroughly explained. We are always available for questions.
